This course teaches you to recognize and shift your brainwave states at will. Why does this matter? Because the ability to access calm (Alpha), creativity (Theta), or focused flow (Gamma) at will gives you a true superpower for navigating challenges with clarity and grace.
In Meditation Mastery, we go far beyond basic breathwork or mindfulness. This is a neuro-consciousness training ground.
Each module contains 1 video lecture, and there are 56 Guided Meditations throughout the course - a new meditation each day for 8 weeks.

Meet Your Teacher
Aaron Abke grew up as a devoted evangelical pastor’s kid whose lifelong dream was to follow in his father’s footsteps. By 22, he had become a pastor himself, armed with a degree in Music and Theology from Oral Roberts University. But after stepping into ministry, he found himself in a crisis of identity; his church’s rigid, fear-based teachings clashed with the message of love and unity he had been raised with. At 23, he left his religion, his community, and eventually his marriage, beginning a personal search for genuine spirituality. That journey led him deeply into Eastern wisdom traditions and sparked a complete reinvention of his life. He became a fitness model, personal trainer at Google, and bodybuilding champion—yet despite his outer success, he felt increasingly empty and disconnected.
Everything shifted in 2017 when a life-changing spiritual awakening dissolved his sense of self and revealed the underlying consciousness of reality. The two weeks of bliss that followed sparked a lifelong commitment to return to that state and stabilize it. He walked away from modeling and fitness entirely, devoting himself to spiritual practice, study, and inner transformation. In 2018–2019, his teachings began reaching a global audience when several of his YouTube videos on nonduality and The Law of One went viral. His channel has since grown to more than 340,000 subscribers, and his work has appeared on major platforms—including multiple episodes on Gaia, where he shares teachings on enlightenment, Kundalini, and higher consciousness.
After a powerful Kundalini awakening in 2021, Aaron deepened his understanding of the awakening process even further. No, but it’s highly recommended. This is a 56-day commitment with daily meditation and journaling—around 30-70 minutes per day. Starting at 30 and moving its way up to 70 minutes. While the path is clear and guided, it does require discipline.
If you’ve never meditated before, you’ll need at least the willingness and willpower to show up every day—like a beginner at the gym willing to build consistency. If you struggle with following through on commitments, this may not be the right time for you.
You’ll want to carve out 30 to 70 minutes daily. Think of it like gym time for your soul—not passive content, but active inner transformation.
In the early weeks, you’ll start with 30-minute meditations.
As your capacity grows, so does the depth—eventually building to 60-minute sessions, with a 10-minute post-meditation journal to lock in the insights.
If you can commit to brushing your teeth daily, you can train your consciousness daily.
And by the end of 8 weeks, you’ll have a new habit and a new baseline of being.
Life happens—and that’s okay. Just pick up where you left off.
While consistency absolutely fuels faster progress, Meditation Mastery is self-paced with lifetime access. There’s no such thing as “falling behind.” The only thing that matters is choosing to return.

We recommend dedicating a minimum of 30–70 minutes per day, every day for 56 days.
Here’s the breakdown:
Daily meditation time starts at around 30 minutes and gradually increases to 60 minutes.
We also encourage an additional 10–20 minutes each day for Meditation Journaling, as recommended by Aaron Abke
That brings your total time commitment to approximately 40 to 80 minutes per day, which equals roughly 5 to 9 hours per week.
