These Terms of Use (“AI Terms”) apply to your use of the automated chat assistant (“Assistant”) on this website. By using the Assistant, you agree to these AI Terms.

1. Nature of the Assistant The Assistant uses artificial intelligence to provide general information about this store, products, orders (where available), and policies. Responses may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. The Assistant is not a human and does not understand your specific legal or financial situation.

2. Not professional advice Nothing the Assistant says is medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. For health, legal, or financial decisions, consult a qualified professional.

3. No binding commitments The Assistant cannot enter into contracts, change prices, create discounts, modify orders, guarantee availability, or make promises on behalf of Gaia, Inc. Only information and actions confirmed through official checkout, your account, or our customer support are binding.

4. Policies and disputes For shipping, returns, refunds, privacy, and other policies, the official policy pages and communications from us control. If anything the Assistant says conflicts with those materials, the official materials prevail.

5. Appropriate use You agree not to use the Assistant to generate harmful, unlawful, or abusive content, or to attempt to manipulate the system (for example, to obtain unauthorized data or bypass safeguards).

6. Data and conversations We retain chat content. Authorized administrators may access chat logs to operate and support the service. We use your messages as context so the Assistant can respond in your conversation; we do not use chat content to directly train machine learning models.
