All ticket purchases for Guardians of the Sacred 2026 are considered final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing by The Path Inc.
By registering for the event, participants acknowledge and agree to the following:
• Participation in ceremonies, gatherings, excursions, and related activities is voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own discretion and responsibility.
• All attendees will be required to sign a waiver of liability upon registration/check-in, acknowledging participation in event activities and releasing The Path Inc., event hosts, venues, staff, volunteers, and affiliated organizations from liability related to participation.
• Participants will also be asked to sign a photographic and video release acknowledging that portions of the event may be photographed, livestreamed, audio recorded, or filmed for educational, promotional, archival, and documentary purposes.
• Event schedules, presenters, ceremonies, excursions, and activities are subject to change without notice due to travel, weather, health, cultural, ceremonial, or logistical considerations.
• Lodging, airfare, airport transportation, travel insurance, optional excursions, additional meals, and personal expenses are not included with standard registration unless specifically stated within the purchased ticket package.
• Participants are responsible for their own travel documentation, medical needs, travel insurance, and personal belongings.
• The Path Inc. reserves the right to refuse or revoke participation at its discretion in order to maintain the safety, integrity, and respectful environment of the gathering.
• In the unlikely event the gathering must be postponed or substantially modified due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, The Path Inc. will communicate available options to registered participants.
